New Zealand Real Estate Agents In Property and Mortgage Scam
It’s amazing what one can miss in the news during a holiday break. This story would have been bigger but it broke in The NZ Herald on boxing day 2005
The serious fraud office of New Zealand has already charged 11 people with finance fraud - You can bet more will follow.
The “scam” involves real estate agents, false sale and purchase of property contracts, and leaves financiers as victims.
