UPDATE - Latest On The Bali 9 (Nine) Trial For Heroin Trafficking Into Indonesia

The judge for the Bali Nine Trials has demended prosecutors to make a decision on whether the death penalty will be sought for the members of the Bali nine.
Yesterday, a delay was granted in the first sentence for Bali nine member Michael Czugaj.
Australia’s media seem to be speculating that a dispute between prosecutors and Indonesia’s Attorney-General is rising out of the concern that seeking the death penalty could cause a political rift with Australia.
Personally, I can’t see this as an issue given that the Australian authorities aided Indonesia’s capture of these drug traffickers.
Australain authorities still did this knowing full well that if caught in Indonesia with Herion, they [the Bali nine] would likely face the death penalty.
