Clarence Hill Execution In Florida Delayed - Again
Convicted Cop-Killer Clarence Hill, was scheduled to be executed Tuesday Jan. 24, 2006, however Hill won an 11th hour Supreme Court stay after the scheduled time of his execution.
Witnesses who had gathered for the execution waited over an hour before being told to go home.
Hill claims that lethal injection is a cruel and unusal punishment on the basis that at least two of the chemicals used cause severe pain…
