Update - Bali Nine (9) Member Renae Lawrence Sentenced in Bali Today
Renae Lawrence, self confessed drug mule as sentenced in an Indonesioan Court today to life in prison.
This apparently came as a shock to Lawrence who had previously been the only member of the Bali 9 co-operating with the Indonesian authorities from the start.
Renae Lawrence was caught in Denpasar airport, Bali with pakages of heroin strapped to her body.
The opnly female member of the Bali Nine, has alleged that she only trafficked the heroin as the leaders of the Bali 9 had made threats to her life.
It seems that todays decision has proven the judges have dismissed this claim.
