Plane Hijacked in Spain
Spanish Police arrested a person they suspect to be a hijacker of a Mauritanian plane today a source close to the Mauritanian presidency said.
The Air Mauritania Boeing 737 was on a flight in Mauritania when a man armed with pistals, demanded to be flown to France. Instead the pilot flew to the Caniry Islands in spain.
The pilot heavily breaked on purpose during the landing to the hijacker would fall backwards. He did, and passengers procieded to jump on him. Two shots were fired but no one was seriously injured. Media has reported that the hijacker is North African.
