Michael Jackson Gets Sued Again
A hospital and Michael Jackson are being sued by the family of a patient who died after Jackson was rushed there for treatment.
Michael Jackson apparently caused a stir when he was taken to Marian Medical Center during his child abuse case in Santa Maria, California. He was taken there because he complained of abdominal pains.
The Family alleges that 73-year-old Manuela Ruiz was treated “like cargo” and was roughly moved from the ER bed with Jackson entered the hospital with his entourage.
The 73year old died later that night as she has suffered from a heart attack earlier in the day. emotional distress, negligence, elder abuse, false imprisonment and conspiracy is what was lawsuit filed by the family alleges.
The Hospital has stated that “The care provided to Mrs Ruiz was exceptional,”
