Here’s A Perfect Example Of How Political Correctness Removes Responibility From Our Society
So I’m browsing through Yahoo, and see this headline related to the Virginia Shootings in Blacksburg which made me stop & wonder….
“Virginia Korean community still reeling”
I wonder what the Korean Community has to “reel” about… As if I didn’t know.
The Yahoo news article (associated press) printed the following in the first paragraph:
“Korean Americans in the community where Seung-Hui Cho grew up are still reeling from the shock of learning that the Virginia Tech gunman was one of their own.”
Why would the Koreans as a group need to express “remorse” (for lack of a better word), any more than say Virginian Gun owners, Laptop owners, or students for that matter?
Seung-Hui Cho was a Korean, A Student, and a gun owner, and owned a laptop. - Let the witchhunt begin…
Simply put, this politically correct society we have created prefers to look for general solutions rather than identify the real issue, in this case, an individual.
Seung-Hui Cho, was a lunatic, with documented mental problems, having previously been diagnosed as a danger to himself and others!
Read the Yahoo News Article here.
I think it is unnacceptable for any member of the press to associate the actions of Seung-Hui Cho with an unrelated group .
It totally sucks ass that we’ve created a society where a group of Korean’s feel the need to publicly express a form of remorse for a tragic incident, simply because the perpetrator shared their ethnic origin!
