In Auckland, we have some of the most diverse and contrasting traffic in the world.
That is to say, some drivers can drive, whilst others cannot.
I’m not an angry driver, and try to treat most traffic issues with gentle good-humour, hence….
Ode to you O’ useless driver
O’ one whose time of mine devours
Stops on a green, then goes on a red
Changing freeway lanes at 40 KM’s per hour
It’s only when I’m running late or nipping home for lunch
I remind myself I don’t hate you, but must lament
Why must you be so many places at once?
