November Election Drawing Near in New Zealand
November 8th, 2008. That’s when New Zealanders will decide the composition of the 49th Parliament.
Latest Polls have the two main parties Labour, and National running roughly neck-in-neck.
I get the feeling that many voters are still not sure how they will cast a vote.
Certainly this is true for myself… whilst browsing through the various parties policies, for inspiration I found this from the Greens Under Specific Policy Points:
“Ensure that students have the right not to wear a school uniform, without penalty from the school”
Bizarre!
