October 30: The Indonesian Constitutional Court of nine judges have effectively dismissed a legal challenge by the Bali Nine member on death row.
The member were mounting a legal challenge to question the validity of the death penalty in drug cases.
The court has thrown out the challenge saying “Foreigners don’t have legal standing in this case.”
… I would have thought one person was a good as the next…
