Just A Small Thought On Iraq…
Whilst watching a British General announcing a forces withdrawl from Iraq on CNN earlier today, I had a think about the situation….
I can’t see the Iraqi’s all rushing to the poles for the next democratic election after all the allied forces leave.
Can you imagine all the violence and killing via religous fanticism actually coming to an end when the US and other forces vacate?
Hardly.
Honestly, one only has to look at the same failed model in Afghanistan to forsee the Iraqi outcome.
The outcome after the forces leave?
A return to much of the same.
I wonder what plans the allies have for these nations to fill the void once their forces leave? (Other than to leave them with the gift of democracy)
